Yama is a Tibetan female aged 36 years. She divides her time between
the practice of elaborate religious traditions and caring for her family.
Yama, her husband, are her two daughters are illiterate. She and her
husband are saving their money to send their youngest child, a male of
six years, to school in hopes that he will earn enough money to care
for them in their later years.
