The dry weight (with no fluids) is 840 lbs. Add seven gallons
of gasoline, five quarts of oil, and various other fluids and
it's probably pushing 1,000 lbs. There are also modifications
such as a luggage rack and backrest as well as Vance and Hines
pipes and various electronics. On top of all that we are loaded
up with luggage and souvenirs. I'm guessing that I am maneuvering
1,200 lbs of motorcycle with no reverse gear. Not an easy task.
