High quality version of the previous. Here you can see really well what the retainers look like, both installed and missing. On the right is the retainer, and on the left you can see where the tip meets the valve stem. The black plastic retainer holds that in, but under heat and oily conditions it breaks down and disintigrates. The new ones from MARK GRANT have the metal retainers that hopefully won't break.
