One of the wonderful aspects of restoring one's self is the rediscovery of talents long dormant or neglected. For much of my life I designed and sewed my own clothing. I'm reawakening my "crafty-ness" and am designing and sewing more decorative elements for my home. I've also discovered the elegance that can still be had when living in rustic or well-worn conditions, such as my desert cabin/studio just outside of Death Valley. Thankful that self-discovery continues each and every day.
