I remember when I was a kid my Mom would curl. I would go to the rink to watch but really it was more about playing with my friends. So in reality I had no interest in the game.
Fast forward years later and my 13 year old grandson now curls so I am back being a regular at the rink. This time I am paying attention and he's pretty good!
There was someone I used to know who really loved the game and I could never understand the passion. I bet he'd chuckle now if he seen me at the rink! LOL
