Heavy rains from 12:330AM till early daylight, then misty rains and light foggy condtions the remainder of the day. Lake level is now 502.8 which is 6.9 feet since New Years Day. Only 7.2 feet to go before full pool. A great time of the year for peaceful scenes, wildlife moving back into the wetlands, and the anticipation of Spring's swollen creeks which will bring the waters above pool level for a bit. The Seasons still blend from one to the other just as the NorthWestern Winds shifts and blends with the Southern winds of late Spring and Summer. The silence during these days are quite comforting with it only being broken by the bark of a squirrel.
