Rarely do I find a hummingbird that has been eliminated as a lifeform by another lifeform. In this case this little fella was sitting at a feeder busily feeding when a large bee dived down and stung the hummer in the head. The hummer went in shock and fell back with the claws holding fast to the feeder perch. As much as I see hummingbird through the lense of my camera, it amazes me on the actual size of the bird which just barely covers the display screen on a Canon camera.

The little deceased hummer was given a mighty warriors burial with honors for a real aviator.
