Stopped when I saw this lovely lass and her twins as classical music blared from the stereo system.

Good thing the window was closed or who knows that this little bushtit might have decided what to explore next.
These tiny bird are so funny to watch as they bounce around and hang upside down where ever they decide to land.

Another balmy night to sit outside and watch the sun begin to set.
There weren't many animals or birds, just a few lizards scampering around.
When I looked up I saw this guy out on the street.
He even barked at me before he headed away.

This buck wasn't going to pass up these delicious pyracantha berries so he used the lowered branches to stand on to get them. It was quite a stretch!

What a pretty face.
This youngster is traveling in a herd of bucks.
There were 8 in all.

The bucks are gutsy, but, even with the recent rains, water isn't all that plentiful.
Here this buck gets a drink from our bird bath conveniently situated and easy to reach.

Boy, this jack rabbit didn't stay still very long.
Lucky I got this shot when I did because it took off as soon as it saw me!
