Looks real fun! I used to have a web cam back when the best you could hope for was 4 bit B&W with a 1 second refresh rate. And if you did sound it really slowed things down. Of course that was back in the days of a 9600 modem connection! Now days if I want to do video on the web (I sometimes "chat" with out daughter on iChat) I plug a regular video camera in (through a DV Bridge).
