An annual event for these hardy San Francisco Bay area runners. The run goes from the Town of Portola Valley, California across the crest of the peninsula hills to the sea and the Beach at San Gregorio on Highway 1.
By car it's at least a 45 minute drive, but these eleven runners made the 22+ mile run in just 3-3.5 hours. What a feat...and none too soon because just as the last runner arrived it began to rain!
The gang of eleven who made the 22 mile run to the beach! Congrats!
