There is a restaurant attached to this hotel that serves excellent couscous.
Monsieur Tahir is very sympatico - we had a wonderful conversation one night over Armagnac.
He is Algerian & Muslim but he says he is not a fanatic and that all religions should be equal & treated with respect.
I love this man - he's very cool!
