There used to be an entrance through the gate to walk either into the gardens or into the museum, now you go into the museum to gain access to le jardin.
But perhaps this is only in winter.
Le Jardin is only 1€ while the audio commentary is 4€ (up from 2€ when I was here last in 2003).
