Pueh, means well, or yes, or a simple enphasys used in a question or responnse. That is just one more way people comunicate in Santa-Cruz Bolivia. Santa Cruz not only has beautifull landscapes, but also beautiful people. Go and visit Bolivia. By the way we speak Spanish there with some modifications.
