A difficult one. I like it, yet it is a bit distracting somehow. What bothers me also are the windows of the building give this a crooked effect. Also a the colors are bit much. This may be a good candidate for monochrome. What do you think Bernard?

There is a lot of information here that makes a little stress for eye. As the building is not so much of interest as the reflection, maybe I would crop it down to the top of the mast and just a little at both sides so the red post at the right side disappears???

This image feels a bit unbalanced in my mind, you've got the main reflection half way down the center, while the yellow duck boat, creates a more bottom half balance. In addition there is no real focal point of the image, nowhere to rest my eye.

It was the juxtaposition of these two old boats that caught my eye. The DUKW is in constant use, while the tug is part of the Maritime Museum.
