A full circle begins

On New Year's Eve day 2007 a phone call was made to a woman who had dealt with the same feelings that her son had. Now they were going to 'talk' to one another for the first time. Can we really know how each one of them feel? We can try. It is a spectacular thing to hear a 79 year old woman say that she feels she can "die happy" now. This as a comment to finally talking with her long lost son whom she gave birth to. The son welled up with tears as he heard her tell him, "I loved you and did not want to give you away, but I had to... my parents made me. They said you deserved a better life." He only heard one word. LOVED you!!! And she continued by saying she had always loved him; thought of him always and on each birthday she'd say, "I hope you are alright; I hope you are well; I hope you didn't have to go to war." I am glad God sends His very special surprises the way that he does. Though I began this search for her, I had no idea to what depths this Answer would come. So far we know Sadie is 5' 5", is eloquent in her speech, adores her other children and grandchildren, and wants to meet her son and family. What a magnificent day it was. I am ever so grateful to Martha for helping to find Sadie for her son. {January 3, 2008}

God indeed has done more than we could even ask or think! Eph 3:20 "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.."

Turns out, sadly, Sadie gave him up again. It’s despicable her POLITICS turned her away from us. Well, dearie, THAT IS ON YOU. You see, our parents didn’t raise us with your kind of hatred. As the boy in this syrupy story experienced once as a baby? You’ve managed to do It again. He words it like this: “She’s kicked me to the curb again.” He said it; not me. Shame on you, Sadie. Good Bye

Oh my ... this is such a gift to all of us! GOD IS ALWAYS WATCHING OVER HIS OWN!
He loves us beyond measure and I just am blown away by our attentive LOVING FATHER!
How much Howard is blessed by this gift ..of finding his momma - and Sadie.. God
has honored all those whispered prayers over the years and we are each blessed to
share in this beautiful story. I am sure Howie's soul is smiling in a NEW WAY - one
in which he was meant to be smiling - may God's very presence and peace cover the
day of 'meeting' - blessing the 'photographer' with some EXPRESSIVE and oh so memorable
photos for all to share! Thank you Lord! Thank you Jan for putting this here for all
to SEE. Mucho Much love, Jeanners

I am so amazed to hear about this "fairy tale" story. Since God is the author, I know it's going to have a happy ending! He is smiling down on Sadie and Howard and they are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses! Jan, thank you for creating this beautiful blog so I can know firsthand about the miracles that are unfolding.
