Bread with Cheese

My mother is from The Netherlands. She has lived here in the USA for 70 years but still loves
everything that is Dutch. She ordered some Leyden Spiced Cheese (Leidse Kaas) from the Dutch
Import Store for me. It is a mild cheese with cumin seeds. I baked fresh bread too this
morning. My sandwich? It was delicious and didn't last long enough to be photographed!
