Day 20 - Bones

This home is going up in a neighboring development. My guess is that it will be about 3200 square feet and will be worth around $380,000 USD. I'm always amazed that people are able to keep building these expensive properties (over twice what mine is) in this economy.

Love how the crane mimics the roofline. Great work on this one. I couldn't afford it. I spent less than 100k on mine. And, a lot less to clean too!

I like the Shamrock Contracting sign. They keep building and building here too... no end in sight. People are so wasteful. They have twice the house and possessions as they should, and not a dime extra in the bank. Hopefully they don't have bad luck or they'll be out in the street.

Nice home going up... good one for the challenge... So thats approx $442,940.82 New Zealand dollars which is the average price of a home here.

Must be like here, lot of pot growers! I like to do small gravel country roads, some not even on the map, and then around a bend, you see a small castle???? Questions arrise.
