Lying in bed this morning next to my wife, my laptop on my chest... looking at the photos in this gallery. I told her how much I wished I could be there. And that, to me, happiness would be, being there this morning, with my camera. She asked me if my camera could take pictures like these, and I said "Yes." Technically, I was right. It can. But can I? I don't think so. I AM getting better each year. But your photos demonstrate why true photography is an art. Give two people the same camera, and send them out into the "Magnolia Plantation" to take pictures. I bring back snapshots. You bring back photos... You bring back "art." That is the difference.
