Spittoono XXVIII - 2008 - Held in Clemson, SC

Spittoono XXVIII - August 21-23, 2008 at Clemson, South Carolina.
Spittoono (aka 'Spitoono') haight culture festival, first sited in Clemson, SC, includes three full nights of free bands and cheap beer. This local gala is hosted annually by The Redneck Performing Arts Association. The RPAA gives all proceeds to local charities, most of which are involved in providing shelter and support to children and women. This event should not be confused with Spoletto, although it might be easy to do. (That festival in Charleston, which is near South Carolina.)
