They're Back! And I'm out making images of their behavior and lives! Sadly, Norton, a male mated to Trixie, did not return this year. Trixie has taken a new mate and I'll likely never know what happened to Norton. Updated: A week later, Norton returned! Lots of weird stuff happening this year, many males were late returning and in general, brood size is down. Fishing this year seems mostly offshore, their prey seems to be staying away from areas closer to shore.
