What great weather! Sunny, light breeze and temps in the low-mid 70's. In my opinion, the star of this year is 1504, the Rhode Island Emergency Car. This is to the trolley what a heavy duty tow truck is to cars, buses and trucks. The inside of the car is a museum exhibit in itself, all the gear is pristine and well organized. All that's left is some exterior painting and if it hadn't been for wet/damp weather for the week before, that would likely have been completed. Another bonus was the first public runs of a trolley bus, aka trackless trolley. As there are no rails, they must have 2 poles and double overhead wires.
A few different cars saw daylight, which made it interesting. I hope the planners keep this in mind, it's nice to see some different things out.
