The Triton and Naiad Fountains are located on Maria Theresien-Platz (Maria Theresa Square in Vienna)
The Triton and Naiad Fountains are four fountains located on Maria-Theresien-Platz between the Natural History Museum and the Art History Museum in Vienna's 1st district, Innere Stadt, and are part of the Vienna Historic Center World Heritage Site. The circular fountains, featuring a central group of figures made of Carrara marble, were created by the artists Anton Schmidgruber, Hugo Haerdtl, and Edmund Paul Andreas Hofmann von Aspernburg between 1887 and 1890 and unveiled in 1894.
