I found this feather during a walk. It is incredibly soft and fine and, fool me,
I thought it would make a great PAD.
An hour later in my basement lit with two table lamps, this is the best that I could do.
The fronds on the feather are so fine that they wave around in the slighest draught,
by which I mean even moving my hand to focus.
So, using a small aperture to get the greatest DOF gave me a shutter speed of 2 seconds
which blurred the feather due to movement. Going the other way using a fast shutter speed
meant that the DOF was too thin. So, this is a compromise 1/15 second and f/13.
