For some time I have been wanting a small, competent camera with a zoom, full controls and a viewfinder to carry with me all the time.
Nothing really met my needs: either limited controls, no viewfinder or fixed lens.
After some thinking, I decided on this D Lux-8 that I found secondhand in Tokyo.
It is not perfect, and I would really like a tilt screen, but it is fun to use and the image quality is good enough for my uses.
I will still keep my Sony full frame but will probably sell my micro four thirds cameras.
