Air radiation monitor in the city of Iwaki, some 60 km from the Fukushima Daiichi reactor site.
To put this into context, 0.1 µSv/hr dose rate is less than the normal background radiation dose rate in the UK (2.7 mSv/yr or about 0.3 µSv/hr).
