I can sympathise. I can't remember the last time I used an auto focus mode other than single point. My Olympus is always like "Oh, go on, you can trust me. Go ahead, switch me over to CAF. If you don't like it we don't have to do it again, but come on,just try it once and see how you like it. If you do, maybe we could even do a little CAF plus tracking later." To which I tend to reply "I'm sorry, but there just isn't that level of trust in our relationship right now. Focus on THAT POINT RIGHT THERE and wait for me to press the shutter all the way down, then give me a high speed burst."
