The building is showing its 1970s heritage but is still a fascinating place to be.
It is 28 floors at the highest and, yes, it is curved although it looks distorted here.

I suspect that the UN building in New Your had a certain amount of influence on the design. (If the architect had any imagination the design could have been based on a spent fuel rod. That would have been cool!)
