I think you may have been right in your recent comments about our winter being your summer. From down this way these look very much like winter rains. If they were summer rains you'd be able to see the steam coming off the concrete as the water immediately evaporated again on hitting the heat. I agree with Laine's comment about the bright colours of the fishing gear popping against the background.
