Take a Seat

North Berwick

On a summer Bank Holiday it can be impossible to find a free seat with a sea view. Today you can take your pick.
I like this one with the Bass Rock in the distance, and its own refreshing seawater spa.
I know it is out of focus but the little Lumix was not a match for the easterly winds.

And last year was fairyland.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-GM5
1/125s f/3.5 at 13.0mm iso250 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

Think you should come back in about 6 months. Looks a bit damp!

Yep, you can feel the spray. I think if is out of focus, which I don't adds to the Image. V.

Excellent composition. Some of the most famous photographs of all time are a little out of focus. You are in fine company. V

Wonderful image with the slick bench and sea spray - the raw windy wet of winter!
Helen Betts26-Dec-2015 16:48
Very nicely captured despite the difficulties. It may be free, but that bench doesn't look like a great place to sit right now.

I would be very wary of getting a camera close to that seat! Love the image, Bill!

Looks like the sea is going to take it
