Rescuing the Plastic Whale

North Berwick

The Marine Life Rescue group were practicing manoeuvres for getting stranded whales and dolphins back into the water.
We get a few that wash ashore each year but usually they cannot be saved.

I never considered that they'd practice the maneuver. Live and learn. Nice shot, Bill

Plastic whales will be the only kind left, if the whaling nations get there way.

Good effort on those peoples part. I wish more of them would survive and wish some countries would stop attempting to kill so many in the name of research.

Somebody is just standing and watching! Actually, good practice for this humanitarian effort. Nice shot.
