Wingman

Edinburgh

I am heading to Helsinki for a few days but have the usual wait in the lounge, so I am taking this opportunity to PAD.
This chap seems to have a dangerous job walking around under the wings whilst the 'plane was waiting for pushback.
It was an early start this morning, so I packed all my bags last night, including my Nikons.
However, I had a last minute change of mind and took the Lumix instead because it is so much lighter.
I also had a chance to handle the Oly EM-1 and some Fuji-X cameras in the duty free shop. Both are tempting.
I am thinking I ought to have just the one camera. I just need to decide which one is the best compromise.

Excellent well composed shot Bill. And, yes decisions, decisions - don't we all have to make them. Very tempting to travel light and leave the big heavy stuff at home.

Nice PaD today, I like it. Buying a new camera is a big decision. For me, it meant a lot of money that I saved up. so buying more than one was not an option. Just keep studying and seek out the one that suits your style of photography. Hope you have a pleasant trip.

A bright and well composed image, I have read so many stories about being too close to these engines, hope it doesn't start...V

A well seen unique image! Get both cameras, it's only money.

Nice contrast from the Highviz vest Bill.

If that engine starts he'll get an impressive blow dry.

Super capture from a great POV. I don't see why you need just one camera!

Thanks bill yes very dangerous job. I had a friend the was standing next to his buddy when the engin started. Pulled the man through the engin. My friend had to clean up the mess. True story
Always fun to decide on a new camera. Safe journey
