Red, White and Green

The colours of the flags of a number of countries, such as Italy, Bulgaria and Iran.
Also Hungary. Which makes me feel hungry. Sorry !
One of life's lessons is that a green chili is not the mild version of a red chili.
As I learnt on a trip to Mexico a few years ago, together with a Japanese colleague.
