Over the years, foreign governments and humanitarian NGOs have give vast numbers of machines, vehicles, etc. to the developing nations of the world, but rarely does maintaining things come along with those gifts, so as soon as they break, they just sit there, not operational. Maintenance training would be hugely important to get things in gear and give those gifts long-term value.
