Sleep Apnea - CPAP/BiPAP

This is my story of life with a continuous positive air pressure device (CPAP), or, more correctly, a BiPAP device that supplies a positive air flow through a mask at two different levels upon inhalation and exhalation. I have sleep apnea and snore at legendary noise levels. These devices are said to give you a more restful sleep, awake more refreshed and ready to go, improve your mood, and decrease your craving for fats and carbs, thus making it easier to lose weight. I was diagnosed in January but for various reasons was unable to get a device until May 7, 2008. This will be a sporadically updated gallery to document how my life changes with this device. What I have heard sounds miraculous, but stay tuned and we'll see.
