RM1734, on one of Turnham Green Garage's Saturday duties on route 117, is turning out into Shepherds Bush Green to start it's journey to Hounslow. This is probably a Lower Feltham run being turned short due to late running. An unidentified DMS on route 207 is behind the RM, whilst RM997 waits it's turn to enter the road down to the terminus yard. Turnham Green crews apparently did not like to work the 117 due to varying and unpredictable traffic congestion en route. They preferred their normal duties on the 27 route, where they knew they would almost always be running late!
