Formally Cypripedium calcoelus var. parviflorium, this is now being seen as a distinct species, I have my doubts.
Most texts describe this as having a different habitat than greater yellow lady's slipper,
but this specimen was found within 10 metres of Cypripedium pubescens (formally Cypripedium calcoelus var. pubescens), growing in identical habitat.
