Thyme-leaved Speedwell Veronica serpyllifolia

There are several other small speedwells with similar flowers.
V. serpyllifolia has obscurely toothed leaves, others, including V. persica (bird's eye speedwell) are more coursely toothed.
Flowers 3 mm, white to pale blue, with darker striations.
