Fabrication and installation of a minicell seat and backband in a Folbot Cooper. Seat is made from minicell foam and back band is an adaptation of a NWI WW backband.
Full install, skin removed for best visibility.
Three inch minicell, another inch glued on each side to make a 5 inch thickness.
Cut on the diagonal to form two wedges. Note guide boards.

Bevel gauge takes angles off hull for cuts on wedge. (Note protective strips not on hull yet.)

Sixty grit on the pad makes a nice tool for finishing the minicell. Some glue on a cloth surface.
