Winter Trees
Winter Trees are full of light
When Leaves have left to fall
Small birds rest from hazardous flight
To sit to coo and call

That shows the brightest green
Below plants push through wintered earth
To flower with natures theme.

Summer trees just bask in sun
Give shelter from the rain
Store up the sap for time to come
As autumn comes again

Autumn trees have lots to show
With leaves from green to gold
To bathe the land in fires that glow
Then leaves that die and fold
