International Teaching Fellowship

An International Teaching Fellowship involved exchanging our house and my school in Melbourne, Australia, for my counterpart's home in Allentown and elementary school in North Wales, Pennsylvania. We explored the surrounding areas of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Washington DC and New York.

I am currently working on improving these old photos, scanning and working with the negatives from film.

I really enjoyed your pictures showing the variety of places you visited and the cultures you experienced.
It was a wonderful year and adventure....so glad we shared our homes, schools, and friends and that we have continued our friendship for 25 years!

I grew up in New Jersey... not that far from Allentown, Pa. and went to nursing school in Philadelphia. How nice to see pictures of what I will always consider to be home. I love reading about the many ways you have explored our world!
