In 2007 Philip and I stayed in Brisbane on our way north to the Sunshine Coast where we have family.
In 2013 I made a brief visit to Brisbane with three friends and to visit a mutual friend living there - all of us friends from long ago schooldays, so most treasured friendships. We had three days together and happy times........an enjoyable walk around Brisbane and the major attractions, exploring the Roma Street Gardens, a river trip on a City Cat, delightful meals together, laughs, memories and sharing of lives.
Following the departure of the women in their various directions home, Philip arrived to join me and we spent two more days enjoying Brisbane together before renting a car and travelling on to the Sunshine Coast and our family.
