let the sunshine in...

Arles

This is part of the "Parc des Ateliers" the former railwork facturies, which have been converted into photogalleries for the Arles photo festival... So in this building one of the walls has been replaced by this very artistic glass sculpture. You can see the hight by the silhouettes of people. This contributes to a subtle lighting in the exhibitions...it is called "Grande Halle"and is hosting the the 15 exhibitions in N°17. You can get your own portfolio evaluated by professionals...(requires prior inscription) and there is an exhibition about photo books too...

The window looks so unique and what a creative idea...thanks for the info. I like the silhouettes you've created in this image.

Unusual glass wall, constructed like stained glass? Quite unusual - has my curiosity up, would like to see it shot from the outside to see the details. Very intriguing

Is it some sort of protective screen? It's very puzzling!!
