Thank you for your images of Kizhi. This is the first that I've been made aware of this place. And what a marvelous structure. Never seen anything quite like it before.

Since I myself am a photographer and have traveled to Russia several times, I will certainly say that all of the images on this site are great. I think that you composed them perfectly and the color was great, not to mention the clarity. My wife & I are thinking about going to Kizhi sometime soon and in fact we were thinking about this winter. Have you ever visited there in the winter months? I would think that the snow would make for some interesting photography with old wooden churches & buildings? If you have the time, I would appreciate an e-mail, anytime, just to ask questions.
