Bart, this shot takes me back 50 years. The Caravelle Hotel was the highest spot in the city and had a cocktail lounge and dance floor on the roof from which one could see the flares in the outskirts of the town, see tracer rounds from helicopters, hear the crump of artillery … all the while dancing to the latest hits.
