We spent a few days at Sandy Cay and then went to Staniel Cay. A place called "Thunderball Grotto", located adjacent to Staniel, is a famous underwater sea aquarium where several movies have been filmed. (James Bond and Splash are a couple of them.) We have thoroughly enjoyed Staniel Cay as it has a very 'Out Island' feel but nice conveniences like a small airport, a church, a store, a local bar w/ good food, excellent people and the constant atmosphere of an island party.
