Praying Mantis baby

This is not a great shot but I don't care. This is a first for me....a baby Praying Mantis!!!!!!
It's about the size of the nail on my little finger - he/she was climbing on the chains
to our hammock!

Congratulations, Ann! What a fun find for you! Did you know that praying mantises are the most common predator of hummingbirds?? Good job getting this little one!
