This female wood duck was sitting in one of our bird feeder on our deck this
morning enjoying some sunflower seeds. It's very unusual to find a wood duck
so close to the house. This picture was taken through our tinted glass door so
it's not a great picture but I feel very lucky that I actually got this shot since they
scare off so easily. This is one of those "Sony" moments (I don't have a Kodak
camera so it can't be a "Kodak moment"). I love wood ducks!
