Found this guy standing in the water at Couchville Lake.
He had jumped in, swam to the shallow
water and then just stood there crying.
The Rangers at Long Hunter State Park got him out
of the water and will take him to the local humane
organization to see if they can find his
owner. Such a sweet dog - cold, wet and scared - but friendly.
