These pictures can be disturbing - but it's important that people see and understand what puppy mills look like - how the dogs live. Where many of the dogs in pet stores and online come from. I have not posted the worst pictures because they are too hard for even me to see.

I was honored to be a part of a puppy mill seizure in Arkansas. We were able to rescue 96 dogs, 6 cats and 2 guinea pigs. They lived in horrendous conditions but are now in loving hands and soon be in rescues and shelters looking for forever homes.

Please get involved and help stop puppy mills - call your local authorities, Humane Society of the United States or other animal welfare agencies if you suspect there is a puppy mill in your area.
