Wherever you come in Russia, except maybe for Petersburg, there are stray dogs. I have seen them in any town I have been to, except Petersburg. In Moscow at the metro stations, railways, junkyards. In Agidel, Ufa, Beloretzk, you name it... Like any dog, they can be sweet, they can be badass. Don't get yourself bitten by one.
